Wanting to open the surf club to become more of a functional space to operate as a communal area to host a variety of events, Waihi Surf club needed the most robust solution to protect any attendees, but preserve their ocean views.
UNEX was employed to install the 3000 Series of balustrade with panels of toughened glass to keep the vista that is afforded to the club being located right on the dunes.
By enclosing and protecting this outdoor space, they are now able to comfortably host functions which give their members and their families the chance to gather outside on when the weather is on their side.
