Prefabrication for Commercial Projects

At UNEX, we understand the time and labour involved in on-site fabrication - especially for large-scale commercial installations. That’s why we offer a prefabrication service to our Authorised Fabricators - available only for selected commercial projects-to help reduce installation time and ensure precision and compliance.

Each prefabrication request is assessed on a case-by-case basis and typically applies to commercial projects with complex or large-volume requirements. Prefabricated assemblies are delivered to site for efficient installation, ensuring consistent quality and reduced on-site labour. Note: Prefabrication is not available for small-scale residential projects as part of our standard offering.

 

CNC Predrilled Rails - Available for All Projects

To support smoother fabrication across all project types - residential or commercial - we offer CNC predrilled horizontal rails. These precision-machined extrusions are drilled inhouse, and help dramatically reduce your fabrication labour allowances whilst guaranteeing greater accuracy. Eithier standard spacing or custom spacing can be chosen, which can both be selected within Ezirail too, via the drop down menu.

For UNEX Authorised Fabricators seeking a fully pre-assembled solution for residential glazed balustrades, we recommend our Glaziers Kitset. This offering is specifically designed for easy handling and minimal fabrication on-site, and is currently applicable with our Vetro & Sienna styles only.
