2021 Auckland Architecture Awards Winner

Designed by Ashton Mitchel, this Social Housing Development project for Kāinga Ora provides its residents with well-appointed apartments and houses. The arrangement of the apartments gives each household a sunny deck with an outlook over the communal space. The scale and arrangement of the buildings is a great example of urban neighborhood regeneration.
