Located on Auckland’s North Shore, the Lady Allum Retirement Village project involved the construction of a new 44 unit apartment block constructed on a very tight site within Oceania Group’s existing retirement facility. The UNEX engineering team worked closely with the architect to create 2.7m high privacy screens as well as bespoke, and removeable air conditioning covers using our Safa-Slat.
